I recently received a charge because my ticket had slipped down the dashboard and was not wholly visible. The ticket had no way of sticking to the dashboard.
I wonder how many others have had charges for this reason.
If there are many cases similar to mine, I feel it could be proved that the tickets are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Please let me know if any one has had the same problem.

It's regulaly a problem.
Have you appealed this using the information in the newbie thread? Or are you awaiting the NTK?
It certainly is an interesting line of pursuit but or probably at appeal stage!Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0 -
Is this another ticket?
If not, you should stick to your existing thread.0 -

Yes but that won't work as a POPLA argument alone. I have just posted to show you how to beat PPS at POPLA which isn't 'easy' but is possible with certain words:

This should be merged with your thread. PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
