installing Kaspersky Pure

We run 3 computers so buy 3 user 1 year version of above, have done for 3 years or so.

This year we had a mishap with 1 two months before the end of the current licence so purchased new disc/activation code,

I uninstalled the trial version that we had installed on the laptop, went through the prompts and eventually was asked for the AC,
This was entered and shows 365 day left .

Code has to be used within 30 for all three apps so removed all Kaspersky program from main computor. Went through the same procedure but no AC is asked for and still shows 56 day remaining.

How do I clear to run the new licence?

I did clear and re-run this twice ensuring all data was unticked.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

You need to run the Kavremover utility in Safe Mode.( Note that the utility deletes all activation data and you will need to activate your product after reinstalling.)

Thanks, I'd done it in the meantime.
On the home page of the current installation you hit the days remaining box and the option to install then or later comes up.

Just can't recall having to do that last time.
