Vehicle registered in England... "offence" in Scotland.

Evening all,
Just after a quick pointer in the right direction here. What would happen in this case where the car is registered in England yet the offence occurred in Scotland?
A letter was received from CP Plus not too dissimilar to this one...

...the only exception being they appear to have changed address.
I've obviously had a look about the forum and also checked out this thread...

...which seems to suggest the route is to ignore it.
Any advice would be welcome
Thanks,
TCS

Ignore it as there is no keeper liability in Scotland , and you can't use popla to appeal this. The only time to appeal really is if you are not the registered keeperWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
