Needs reporting to the BPA and the DVLA forum, seeing as we know the same names work for ANPR Ltd so it's a fake debt collector/litigator just like H&S Litigation was. I think it's a case of last chance saloon for ANPR Ltd!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The domain is registered to a certain person who is the director of this firm, and employed by anpr ltd.
