    Surely though I will have had to have passed credit checks for them to take £500 valuation and survey fees from me!!!

    I understand that there will be more checks once valuation comes back etc but there must be a criteria for taking it this far in the first place!

    Everything can be cancelled and returned if they find any crap.

    All they have done so far is separated the wheat from the chaff.

    Don't presume your home and dry.
