Anyone have a non premium phone number for the holidays section? Or know the answer re. the loss of the discount when changing names?

It says in the terms that you can't change the name because of the Code used.

Sorry, I wasnt clear, she booked for Paris as well, we had talked about it but I didnt check with her before I booked to see if she had managed it, therefore I am at fault.

She managed to book for 3 nights for a similar price so naturally that is the holiday we will go on, and it means we dont have to take a 06.30 flight on the Saturday morning.........I am trying to look at the positives here :rotfl:

£150 came up yesterday (Wednesday), I think it was 17.00.

Ok, well, managed to get through on the landline number for Easyjet Holidays that is supposed to be used if calling from outside the UK.

Incase it is of use to someone it was 01642 732926. Might be worth making a note of incase you need it later on!

Spoke to a really nice guy (made a change from the previous woman :mad: ).

You cant change the name at all on the booking apparently due to the discount code. You could only cancel and then rebook if you wanted to (would lose money though).

I have cancelled and ended up having to pay just over £100 for a silly mistake :mad: (better than over £200 though).
