Looks like the promotion's over, but ... with perfect timing ... the hotel search is suddenly working again on their site. What a bunch of jokers.

OK, this has turned into a bit of a nightmare!

I managed to book a 2day / saturday night in Paris from Liverpool in a 4* hotel but unfortunately my friend had the same idea and we booked for the same weekend........I know, we should have checked but I got carried away with the moment :mad:

Now I thought that I should be able to offer it to someone else and change the names (for a fee) but I now have a horrible feeling that if I try to do this they will deduct the £150 discount thus making the trip way too expensive.

I am trying to phone to find out but not having any luck, I refuse to phone a 60p a minute 08712442377 number but just had a really nasty woman on the phone when I eventually got through to speak to someone on 015825 25001 (saynoto0870.com).

She told me she only dealt with flight changes not holidays and i needed to call the 0871 number (cant do that from work). Got quite nasty when she found out I was not calling on their regular number and refused to put me through herself.

Anyone have a non premium phone number for the holidays section? Or know the answer re. the loss of the discount when changing names?
