Won a personalised razor handle & £10 voucher!!

Has anyone actually received this. When I submitted my personalisation I received an email informing me that their engraver was on holiday, so it'd be a few weeks before I received my prize. I still hadn't received it last week, so emailed to query and received the following reply:

'Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid we actually posted your handle and gift voucher about a week ago so it should have arrived by now. It looks like it might have got lost in the post, unless you've heard from your local Post Office to say they're holding it?

If it has been lost, that's really annoying, but I really don't want you to miss out - after all this was a pretty good prize! I've asked the web team to make a quick change to the website to incorporate your gift voucher code - so if you pop to cornerstone.co.uk/prize and enter ***** - you'll still be able to get your personalised razor handle as well as £10 off one of our shave plans or gift sets.

I hope that's OK :-)'

Don't really want to claim it through the site if, as some have suggested, you have to sign up for their payment plans.

(I've removed the online code for obvious reasons.)

Someone posted, might have been in CCC, that they had received it with a blade and were happy with it.

I've never received mine either which seems rather odd that a few of us haven't received it. Perhaps it's not worth bothering with.
