Do you have any loans or debts? All reference to H.O Collections I find is payment of debts. I also found this infoJust having a quick search revealed that HO Collections look to be part of UCB Home Loans Corporation....
Take a look here...

As for the Associates read this...
The Associates company was recently taken over by the Citicorp group and The Associates loan is also the same as a CitiFinancial loan
(I think it is the same company)
Good luck...0 -
There is very little on the internet about this company. According to a 6 year old post in another forum, it is part of UCB Home Loans. Try contacting them.0

have contacted UCB HOME LOANS the claim they have nothing to do with HO COLLECTIONS0

Do you have a debt that you owe, and that these payments match?
I find it hard to believe a payment has been coming out for years without you noticing. Weeks easy, Months, pushing it but possible, but years?0 -
Start by cancelling the direct debit and see who contacts you.0

Thats what i have done, have to wait and see what happens. Would still like to know how to contact the company HO COLLECTIONS0

Your bank should have contact details.0

Couldn't it be Head Office Collections?0
-
I always thought it was head office collections.0

As the previous two posters have said it will almost certainly be Head Office collections - this is generally an account where large volumes of payments are collected then reallocated to individual customers based on additional information provided with the payment, such as customer number. If you give us the sortcode and account number that the payment is going to we might be able to find it.0
