Northern Ireland House Prices LOWEST in the UK

So our house prices are Half the UK average......

    Room for growth then! :)

Sticking our rental house on the market in the new year. Realistic about prices and not expecting it to sell quickly.

Isn't it great? Something we can be very glad of.

Truth is, apart from the late unpleasantness of the property bubble up to 2007, property has always been quite affordable here, especially if you're in a public sector job with the same salary as in England. Although that may be about to change?

My post above was made at the bottom of the market and, although bullish, it doesn't appear that I was bullish enough.

Great read, I'm looking forward to the February update!

Will that be when we all learn what a bull trap is? I suspect so.

Maybe, maybe not. The difference on that thread is that predictions were being made but they said they would revisit in one year to see who was right.

    What were the predictions?
