Q about ESA

If an individual is self employed, can they claim ESA?
Would it make a difference if the individual was a director?
So if their limited company still paid them, could the limited company reclaim SSP?

If an individual is self employed then they can claim ESA.
If an individual is a director of a company then they are not self employed but employed 'in office' (just quoting from the regulations
) and should be paid SSP if they meet the requirements.
