    Why bother making it complicated?

List at say £10 BIN and set the automatic refusal at £9.75 or whatever. No one can force you to take an offer.

Thanks Soolin. I didn't think about doing it that way. My only worry is that it may upset some potential buyers, who otherwise would be willing to buy things at the asking price. This would save me having to do a car boot at the weekend if I can get some time to list all.

Looks like I haven't been invited (check via My Ebay too), first time in ages I've not qualified. :(
Well I have received no email and nothing in my ebay messages...however when I go to 'all selling' and scoll to the bottom of the page the 100 free listing allowance is there - so check there just in case!

I have had the BIN with Best Offer promotion.
On previous offers I have listed as BIN.
I have noticed when listing that it automatically tries to list with "Best Offer" option, so I turn it off.

With this offer can I just turn off the "Best Offer" option?
If I do will I get charged for the listing?

I think the wording of the offer is quite clear - which part are you thinking is open to a different reading?

On the BIN with Best Offer listings I think in general buyers will make a low offer.
When I list as a BIN that is the price I really want for the item so I dont want to list with Best Offer.

On the listing it automatically says
"Allow buyers to send you their Best Offers for your consideration"
So I have been un-ticking the box.- turning off the "Best Offer" option.

I often use best offer on my business account and yes I do get some daft offers, but at least half of my BINs with BO sell at BIN price- and around 2/3rds of the rest are sold at an offer acceptable to me.

I think for the sake of this additional 100 free listings it is probably worth putting up with BO being enabled.

Yes, I see what you mean.
I was thinking back to my car boot days.
I had a price in mind of £10 for an item & was offered 50p!

I see that buyers can make up to 3 offers, I thought it was just 2 offers.

It used to depend on the category item was listed in- but I've completely lost track of ebay t and cs now so it might have changed.

That's the part I checked but nothing listed for me apart from the usual 20 a month.

Oh well I have 14 of those listings left so looks like I'll be using some of those and painting my house instead. Your loss Ebay!
