Groupon

Hi, any advice anyone can give would be much appreciated.
On 31st may I ordered a mirrored shoe rack from groupon, which was supposed to arrive within 7 days. A couple of days later I had an email from groupon telling me it would be slightly longer.
On 3rd July I emailed groupon and was told it had been dispatched. On the 7th they told me they were still awaiting stock and it would be sent soin.
On 10th July said item was delivered unsigned for and just left next to my bin. No note through the door so it could have been stolen.
When I opened it to put it togther the mirror was smashed so I emailed groupon asking them to take it back. Having by now had enough I asked for a refund.
The item was collected on 28th July by arrow xl.
I emailed groupon and was told a refund would take about 2 weeks. I'm still waiting....
Their customer service has been horrific from the start and I just want my money back and no more to do with them. It's £99 which I am not prepared to write off.. It was paid by credit card.
I have emailed groupon back telling them that I want a refund within 14 days.
I'd like to be ready for then if they don't refund- they have contradicted themselves, taken me for a mug & messed me around. Red rag to a bull that.... Any advice as to my next step? I'm so annoyed I am prepared to seek legal redress if I have to.
Lesson learnt- I will never ever buy from them again

Contact your credit card company to start a charge back if you don't get a refund within the 14 days.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
