My nan bought me this from an auction they have every week at the club she goes to, she only bid £3 for it. She thought it was a dvd player because it has a slot on the front!! Can i use it for anything? It is complete with some cables and remote.

Can i use it for anything?
Unless you have a satellite dish, probably not. Even then not sure how good it would be, not sure of the current state of analogue versus digital on satellite as your box is something like a 13/14 year old model."She is quite the oddball.
