ParkingEye - Shopping receipt as evidence

I received a ParkingEye PCN today from a retail park but I have a shopping receipt from a store that my girlfriend bought something from that day. I'm going to attach it to my online appeal. I have a couple of questions about how best to approach this:

1. Should I still copy the wording on the newbies thread and just add a section about a shopping receipt from 'the driver'? Or should this be enough on its own?
2. As the name/address of the keeper are different from the name/address on the receipt, should I edit these out or leave them as they are? I'd be identifying her as 'the driver' otherwise, wouldn't I?

If you have a shopping receipt, contact the retail park and ask them to cancel the PCN. You should still appeal and follow the newbies thread, after you have presumably received an NtK

Say it's the 'receipt of one of the occupants of the car, who were all genuine shoppers'. And just add it to the template as point D. Send it on the appeals page and take a screenshot first (save it in a folder or on Dropbox) as PE won't send any email receipt of your wording and you may need to refer to it if you have to proceed to win at POPLA instead.
