Self Priming Pumps - Calling all experts :)

I have a self priming pump used to pump water from a spring into a cottage. The pump is noisy (probably bearings) and the model is a DAB Novajet, which I am told is old and not made anymore.
The replacement recommendation is for a DAB 102M part number 102670040
The head is upto 62 m.
Any pump experts on here that can advise of an equivalent product before I bite the bullet and buy the new device (over £200!).
Thanks
