Just a long shot I know but I have accidentally deleted an important email that I now need.
It was saved in a folder in Outlook express but is no longer on the host server either which is Yahoo mail through Sky.
I'm usng XP if that matters and assume that a system restore to a point sometime last week wont retreive it either?
Thanks as usual for any help

Sometimes if you right-click on the deleted folder you may be offered an option to 'recover deleted items'
