    Good luck with the exercise - I will be getting back into my yoga - used to do 2 hours a day!! I will aim for an hour most days to start with......lets hope for some quick results with the tape measure!!

    I too have body issues but part of me stops doing much about it as I think "well I want another kid soon" but decided enough was enough and joined weight watchers just before Xmas.

    Fingers crossed 2008 will be a good year bodywise for all of us.

    Sar, after your post about the dvd earlier I went off and bought one too, so can i join you in your challenge?? :o:o My ds is four and a half, and I did lose all of it (and more) after ex left us but it has all snuck its way back on :rolleyes: :D
