    I'm back.. :) Went in and they downgraded it no problem. Phew.. that's a relief. :) Still kept my card and everything they've just downgraded the actual account. got the girls a happy meal as it was time for their lunch and K would've kicked my a**e otherwise lol. Oh and got a 'nansta hat' for Ash (buy one get one free so I got a pink and a black one lol) and some 'dora cwatters' for £2.49 (dora crackers lol).

    Phew what a relief to have it all sorted!

    Oooh forgot to mention that while I was in town I moved over the extra bills money.. well £130 of it anyway as I needed to buy something to get change for parking :rolleyes: and also banked a cheque for £50 my brother sent me for xmas :)

    Ohh what an eventful day..

    Glad Ash liked the book Sarah :D We did have a lift the flap one but now its got no flaps :eek:
