IA is not a happy bunny... for some reason my quidco is showing as188.17 This payment is on hold, the PayPal limit has been reached, please switch to BACS.
Apparently it's something to do with people who didn't email them when they switched to bacs but I don't remember EVER using paypal??
Have sent them 2 emails anyway so hopefully they'll sort it. We need that money!

Oh IA that's not good!!
Unfortunately my money from quidco doesn't look like it will be paid until next year....
Thanks for you help on my thread. Your a huge big star!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Quidco are really going down in my estimation lately. I seem to have nothing but issues. The latest one is my prudential car insurance I took out in June, it didn't track because they were having issues with some of the insurance companies, but I put in an enquiry and it was added in July... still waiting for it to be paid though!
Everything seems to be rolling over month after month now. I get on average £10 a month when I have about £300 waiting to be paid. And their customer service ticket things sucks, they never answer. I'm not the only one, there are a couple of huge quidco moany threads on here.
Rant overhope you get it sorted sar, it's horrible when you're relying on something and this sort of thing comes up.

aha... makes sense now... (I think?)Notice for members affected by PayPal £50 limit
November 28th, 2007
This is a quick notice for members who are currently using PayPal as a payment option (or did in the past before switching to BACS).
As of this spring when we changed BACS payments to be free (instead of the old 5p charge) we also notified members that PayPal payments would be capped at £50. The process we put in place was to check before each months payment and email members who were affected by this, asking them to switch to BACS and email us when they had done so.
This process was manually intensive on our end and it has also become apparent that some members who were caught in this switch did not follow through the process. So what we’ve done is change how this works so the notification is not dependent on email or member response.
How it works now. If you have PayPal selected as your payment option and have more than £50 to be paid you will have this reason shown in your Payments tab (top of page links when you’re logged in). To solve this you simply need to change your preference to BACS and enter your BACS details. This will take off the hold and queue the payment as normal (if it’s the first time changing to BACS you will have a 10 day hold for security reasons as always).
For members who made this change in the past and never emailed in to let us know, please go to the following link to raise a ticket and we’ll check it out for you immediately:
Help: Unpaid Scheduled Payment
Thanks!
I've sent them a ticket so hopefully they should sort it out pretty quick.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I just read that too, but I don't remember ever seeing anything about having to email them ages ago. Anyway, hopefully it will be sorted pretty quickly.
I agree though Toto, I have had 3 enquiries with them now, 2 of which were insurance companies that have taken forever to pay out. Topcashback's customer service is great though.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015
