Just a thought about the old pc, when you get the laptop. Don't bother ebaying it - it won't fetch much anyway. Keep it for those days that the laptop is temperamental!

Also, as the girls get bigger, they can do games etc on the computer without getting in the way of your MSEing! Our steam driven PC is as old as the ark- almost 10 years old now, but the children are now 12 and 13 and use it for games, homework etc, without hassling us! it won't be long really before Ash is at school, and even at primary they are doing computer based stuff, so may come in handy!

Not yet Spud but I joined a couple of months ago and have had a few bits and pieces from them, so hopefully they might send me one. To be honest, Natasha is a bit young for In The Night Garden yet......I'm pretty sure it's ME that likes watching it....:o :rotfl:

  • Morning all.. didn't realise that I didn't update when I got in yesterday! Work was good.. spent all but an hour or so on the jewellery counter so it was a case of back to what I know from my ernest jones days and got to do a bit of till training too. :) Finally got my shirt too.. lol.
Had to drop my bass into the shop I bought if from yesterday to get them to check out a dodgy pickup/connection and arranged that I'd pick it up after work as they didn't close til 6. Got there about 5.50 and they were shut!!! So I have NO BASS for practice later!! they're not open today either! Not sure what I'm going to do except for maybe stand in 'singing'... and I'm rubbish at singing! god damn it!

Ste was out again last night... went to brum for his nephews 18th... the stumbled in just after 4 and Ste's still in bed.. don't blame him though really :P Will see what time he wakes up... and how much change he's got ;)
