I can't join in a poo conversation (thank god!), since I don't have kids, but chocolate cake, ah, you've got an expert here. Can't make them to save my life, but I love them. Thanks for the virtual slice, Toto!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

what are you lot like...
I made one today and I've got to say, for me it's pretty good. Not even the slightest taste of washing powder or diesel
Why did you put washing powder and diesel in your chocolate cake - strange recipe you have there Toto:rotfl:
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

ahhh is that where I go wrong? :rotfl:
I don't know, I just seem to produce some strange tasting stuff, my last cake did taste of persil and I don't even keep the stuff in the kitchen (I have a laundry room) so I'm pretty sure there were no accidents. I made a chilli once and my guests all stared at it for a few minutes before one bravely asked what it was, they didn't know if they needed to eat it with a fork or cover it with custard and reach for the spoon (It looked like a syrup pudding so they said).
Cheffing aint my thing :rotfl::A

At last, I've found someone else as bad as me :beer:
Part of my job is to cook with children, I've so far avoided it because I would hate to inflict my lack of talent on the poor little blighters :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Morning all. Well done IA - excellent news. Hope you don't mind me hijacking but i need some advice and think i'll get more response on your diary than a new thread
i got my gas bill on sat and they have done an interim payment plan review. I've got an overpayment of £144 on my account so they want to drop my DD from £48 to £20 pm but if there is >£150 bill then they will take it ALL by DD.
now being on a DMP I cannot afford a huge bill - should I
1. take back the overpayment and leave the DD at £48
2. leave the overpayment and do a DD of £20
3. take back the overpayment and leave the DD at £20
in case 1,3 hold the £144 in a high interest savings (and not get tempted to spend like i would have done pre DFW) ?
