    Hi IA - sorry to be a pain in the bum, but a few weeks/days ago (not sure when exactly) I remember reading a post from you to another poster who was on a very tight budget on food budgetting, what to buy using tesco online prices - I have read thru so many of your posts trying to find it that my eyes are about to fall out - I don't suppose you could refer me to it please?

    I would be most grateful, I'm sorry to have to ask :o
