A lot of the insurance insists on vacs. every year to not invalidate the cover so make sure you have the right ones for the insurance.
Blue Cross do free/low cost vet care if on low enough income/right benefits so may be covered. http://www.bluecross.org.uk
And an enzyme based cleaner is the only stuff I've found that shifts accidents
