Nothing dodgy ahah! I just want a cheque book where both my accounts are. So one account like orange and the other blue saves carrying around 2 books

Why does the colour of the cheque save you carrying round two books?

Cheques? I have just checked my chequebook. I have written 3 cheques in the last 8 years.

Carrying a cheque book in UK? Why on earth would anyone in UK want to carry it in the 21st century when cards are accepted everywhere and bank transfers are instant? And why one book for one account can't do the job if you really need cheques sometimes?
I used to have one cheque in my wallet just in case, but stopped doind this long time ago.

My gran still carries a cheque book in her bag and does like to use it, I think its a generation thing. I'm trying to get her into the habit of using her debit card more, which is slowly happening.

I however haven't used on in quite a few years, in fact looking at my stubs was to renew my driving licence when they didn't accept debit card payments or let you renew online.

Who's she using the cheques with? Most shops have stopped taking them years ago, not least because banks are not issuing cheque guarantee cards any longer.

I agree with you though, it's probably very much a generation thing.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get a cheque book printed in the UK? When I google it... US is the only one that comes up.

I don't know about everyone else, but my bank prints my cheque books for me.

In the past, Natwest used to offer some pretty ones with pictures of various birds on. Don''t know if they still offer this option.
