    Welcome to the forum.

    There are hundreds of posts about Ebico in this section of MSE.

    They don't have a Daily Standing Charge(DSC) like other companies(technically their DSC is zero) however their unit prices are high. So essentially they appeal to those with very low gas/electricity consumption; often people with a holiday home.

    Their administration is handled by Southern Electricity.
