Found the t&c's on their website, effort required ..

3.To enter the Competition, between Monday 4 August 2014 and Monday 18 August 2014 entrants must: (i) ‘follow’ or already ‘follow’ adidasneoable on Instagram; (ii) take a photograph of themselves wearing any adidas NEO product (the 'Photograph’); (iii) post the Photograph on their Instagram account; and (iv) include in the entry post the hashtag ‘#NEOBANKEXCLUSIVE’.

They have actually wrote the account name to follow wrong also, I think it should be this account - http://instagram.com/adidasneolabel
Quite a vague way they have advertised this comp, it appears only a few people have actually entered correctly!
