Yes, these countries are perfectly safe. The outbreak is in west Africa, so far in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea. It is also quite difficult to catch as it is not spread via air.
Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt are all in north Africa, over 2,000 miles away, with the Sahara desert in-between.0 -
Look at the FCO's advice on travel.
North east africa doesnt share any land borders and isnt particularly politically tied to those countries that have been impacted but much more clever people than I do the modelling of the spread of pandemics0
