Where can I buy/get washing-pill bags?

I have been trying to look for the washing machine bags which are normally used to hold washing tablet pills.

I need these for the washing machine because I am fed up with finding the washing powder pills or gel cover, mesh itself in the inner seal of my washing machine every time I wash. The bags have prevented this from happening because they have water resistant foam part which prevents the bag containing the washing pills, from sinking to the bottom of the washing machine.

However, of the two bags I did have, they are now so old they are falling apart- the foam part has disintegrated, and I can't find any more of them. All the washing machine tablet boxes don't have the bag as the pills go inside the washing machine draws (don't even let me begin on the mess trying this causes me!)

Does anyone know where they can get the bags?

I must admit I have never had a problem with tabs, I just put them on the bottom of my washing in the drum at the back (as advised here http://www.ariel.co.uk/Products/Default.aspx?gclid=CLjy8vCKncACFSQXwwodUJwA-g#ArielPowder) they dissolve completely. There is no packaging as that it removed before putting the tabs in the wash, I do the same with the gel capsules, just pop them on the bottom of my wash and they completely dissolve?

You have set me a mission now though to try and find you some ;)

What washing tabs do you use? It could be worth facebooking or emailing them?

I cant find any that tell you to use a net anymore to be honest.

Persil goes into the drawer https://www.persil.co.uk/laundry-tips/dosing-for-tablets/

Ariel is either drawer or bottom of the drum at the back http://www.ariel.co.uk/Products/Default.aspx?gclid=CLjy8vCKncACFSQXwwodUJwA-g#ArielPowder

I will keep looking for you xx

How about putting them inside a stocking (or a leg cut from a pair of tights which are past their best) and loosely knotting the end of it?

I use soap nuts and when you get them there's a couple of cotton bags in the box.

Doesn't work- I've tried this before but all I get is the tablet only half dissolved and a horrible sticky mess which means the detergent didn't get dispensed into the washing and so didn't do it's job cleaning properly.
    But thanks for the idea.
