What happens if you have had £££'s more charges since banks offer

I have applied for my bank charges and got a letter from Natwest offering to pay the amount in full.

But i have been on holiday abroad for a week and had a charge that has racked up to over 240 over the week as i wasnt aware.

Do i accept the current offer in full and then write another letter to claim the 240 or write back and complain about these to?

I shouldnt go into my overdraft anymore as i have had a decent payrise but was shocked when 240 in one week had been taken

Comments/ help plz...

  • Normally natwest will pay that amount into your account if you firstly call them and explain the situation. They will ask you to include a schedule of the newer charges and refund them.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
