Hi everyone
I have recently received hair extensions via wowcher what I felt were not described properly.
I have contacted Couger hair extensions (look them up, they have awful reviews), who said that I cannot have a refund.
They have not been opened, so are the allowed to do this?
I am just wondering what my rights are after all they are hair and according to them the no refund is due to health and hygiene.

The health and hygiene exemption from cancellation rights for distance contracts only applies if the product was sealed and the customer unseals it. If you have not opened the packaging they cannot rely on that exemption.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0
