The child chewed the cot and the OP wants a refund? Really?

Our cot bed still shows the scars of a teething baby. Luckily he's now 3 and doesn't chew beds.

Maybe I can get him to jump up and down to break the slats so I can get a refund?

Either the OP is off their face, or they are a troll.

Sometimes I go to Ikea just for the meatballs. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

I am amazed they have offered a refund for the cot, your tot chewed it. That doesnt make the cot faulty.

I cannot see why you would expect a refund for the rest as well.

Take the refund now and buy a non chewable cot

I'll be on the phone to DFS about the scratches on my sofa from the cat

    Totally unreasonable.

Why blame DFS? You clearly state the sofa was "from the cat".

Therefore, your consumer rights lie with the cat.

    HTH :)

I can beat that! My DD's was 56 years old when she got it (and it was 32 years since I'd been in it!)
