Group Hotel in Iceland.

Me again folks.
Sorry to be a pain, I am currently looking at booking a group holiday to Iceland next Feb for a work trip.
I have sourced flights but need ideas for a decent and reasonably priced hotel in central Rekyajvik. Preferably I am looking for B&B....
Any ideas on how to go about this would be brilliant. I have tried contacting all the groups agents but they are coming up with £700 per person, which no-one will go for when you can book offers for £200 per person at the moment.
Thanks Cher x

What standard do you mean by "decent"? Are we talking Premier Inn, Hilton or 5-star? How many nights are you looking for?0

We went in February this year and stayed at Hotel Fron. It's right in the middle of the main shopping street, so perfect location. We paid approx. £45 per double room per night B&B. it was perfect for us and I would definately recommend it.0

By decent I mean 3 or 4* plus and 3 night. Interesting you say Hotel Fron i looked at that and was told it was a long way out by the groups booking agent and to look closer to town. I may go back to that one if people think it is in the perfect location. We stayed at Hotel Fron in February this year too. I liked it and thought it was a good location. £52 per night for a studio apartment with breakfast.0
