I think you might find with some further investigation that they actually own a lot of the docks "on the Foyle".

The docks and harbour estate are owned by the Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners.

The GO we're talking about is on Great Victoria Street, not Donegal Square.
You know they're cheap, because it's always got taxis in it!
Anyway they've started doing super unleaded - price not advertised as much as the normal petrol & diesel - it's not cheap, so don't bother! Sainsburys is still the best place for Super for me.
Checking prices? Use the app 'Waze' on your smartphone, and you can update prices when you go past petrol stations. Then when you need fuel you can check prices around you or on your journey.

What price is diesel there?

Tesco at Craigavon is £126.9 so I believe it'll be the same in all Tesco stores. Would I be right? The thing is, we have a Tesco card and we do a lot of shopping there. I get fuel discounts for that so sometimes my price per litre is as low as £1.06.9. I looked around at other supermarket schemes but I can't find any that are as good as Tesco. I feel really stupid to have previously ignored supermarket loyalty cards thinking they were some sort of scam.
