Were you in the support group?
If not - and unless you are actually placed in the support group - you can be required to attend a WFI.0 -
the DWP are notoriously bad with sending out letters!
you should phone them and ask, as anything that people on the forum think would just be a guess.
it does sound like you have been placed in the WRAG though.
until you find out for sure, there is nothing you can do.
if you wish to appeal any decision, you would need to go through a mandatory reconsideration and would need to attend any appointments made by the job centre whilst this process is being carried out

Thanks to your reply. I was I wrag for the last two years .my former advisor was god person he used to call me every six month. But I got the new adviser he tried to push me into work programme. Now I affried this could be a trick to pass the deadline for reconsideration. So can I ask for reconsideration as far I don't get a descion letter from Dwp.

you need to have a decision before you can ask for a reconsideration.
you need to phone and ask if a decision has been made yet as letters regularly go astray.
if you are in the WRAG then you can be mandated to attend the work programme and if you refuse to comply you can be sanctioned

It can take weeks for ATOS to forward their assessment to ESA. A call to ESA may help things along.0
