Has anyone ever used a company called divorcetrak? are they reliable?

Go on government website and do it yourself. Think its gov.com and look for divorce. All papers are there to print and costs are only court fees of about 420 pounds. Its will tell you how to do step by step. Other company's will want fees on top of court costs.

Court fees are the same whether you do it yourself or do it via an agent or a solicitor. You may find that one of you is eligible for discount; so check this out.

The forms are on the gov.uk web-site. Download and complete.

However you also need a financial settlement. If you have any property, other assets (pensions), or children, you would be advised to at least see a solicitor before you agree anything. We have seen some complete nightmare situation here when people DIYed the FS.

For example the lady whose husband owned a second property in his own name as well as the property in both names as joint tenants. She failed to realise the second proeprty was an asset of the marriage and actually paid the ex money to "buy out" his equity in the family home. She had left this to the children in her will despite the fact that if she died her ex would be the sole tenant and the house would NOT be in her estate. And since she could not afford to re-mortgage she could not get his name off the deeds.

So get proper advice on the FS.

If he's been cheating on her, she doesn't need a love spell, she needs a STI check.
