Export your readings now!

Readings input made worse. You can no longer enter a gas and electricity readig in the one go. And the submit button submits very quietly so there will be lots of rejected double submission confusion. And the basic table is as useless as ever.

Can't comment on other reforms - no longer available without contacting an email address names 'Sales'. Don't know if it is no longer free or you just need to re-register.

More changes coming in September.

I don't know what they are up to - I've been using it for several years now and wasn't everso impressed with the last "upgrade", but this one defies logic. As Nada says, recover your data just in case it all goes to pot.


I've found it quite useful to optimise my heating settings, the consumption v degree days graph gave me a fair idea of how the controls were working and the effects of tweaking them.


I've sent an e-mail to their sales address to try and find out what is going on.

I got a reply from iMeasure which suggests that their upgrade hasn't gone as well as they'd hope and there are a few bugs to sort out. They've reset my snapshot page so I can now see my heating performance plot but it still requests an upgrade to view the results pages although they haven't specified what it is, what you need to do or if it's going to require payment. I guess it's a case of checking it to see if it starts working properly again (although I have saved my three years worth of readings, just in case)
