Have a debt that is with a dca, who have sent us a noa, and say they are legal owners of debt. We have been offered ppi payment on the debt(defaulted loan over 6 years ago) by the original lender. Do we receive the full payment from the lender?

If the original lender is able to reclaim the debt then they can offset the redress against the debt.
