Anybody had the same problem I called and got my free credit report from equifax but called up and cancelled before they charged me which has now resulted in me getting bank charges. So I called them up to see why they said they would refund the amount but not the bank charges, even though they said I had called to cancel asked to speak to a manager and I got he is on anot her call at the minute so I said ok ill wait then she came back and said managers only work Monday to Friday so she lied . Left on hold for over a hour truly discrete full service said I could have a call back in 2 days is it me or is this just not acceptable

Hi there
I had this when after cancelling, i contacted Equifax and they stated they cannot see why im being charged for anything, which was utter rubbish, I contacted my card holder and asked them too stop any future payments too which worked and payments has now stopped...:)

You would be better writing them a letter and provide evidence that the membership fee resulted in charges.
They also have an online tool you can attach documents, maybe do that instead of posting. All that glitters is not gold.0
