HSBC offer

HSBC have offered to fully refund the £595 in penalty fees I have paid over the years but no interest added as they pointed out interest is only awarded in court.
Should I be happy and settled or take them to court to claim further interest.
Many Thanks for your valuable advice

Yes you should be happy.
No court will look kindly on you, having rejected a full settlement.0 -
Why did you ask that question again, nickmack has given you the answer yesterday:No, you should take the money. As the bank says, you are not entitled to interest until the court stage.
If you don't believe it, go right ahead, go to court and have your claim thrown out for 'abuse of process'.0
