Court Date

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to reclaim money from L.T.S.B since Feb2007, I have now been given a court date 11th Sept, 07. They letter states that I have to send a schedule setting out each charge, What does this mean? I have already sent a copy of my bank statements with a the court papers.

The bank have now put a goodwill amount into my account £750 what do I do about that?

I am claiming two amounts one for chaning my account and then charging me £7.99 per month without telling me total on that claim £450.

One on just charges £1,450.

Do I have to stop the court proceedings?

Please advise me as I am getting way out of my depth.

Thanks
