Quite a common problem = http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/advice/10698784/What-has-happened-to-Firefox.html0

There's a compatibility issue with Firefox and win7/8. Although the latest update seems to have fixed it, you can also try "Mozzila Nightly", which seems more stable on those platforms.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Thank you very much, this seems to be the problem, took firefox off and so far everything seems to be working so much better in ie, no lagging, no problems with vidios playing like I had before. ok everything is different look wise but I can live with that, I could not work as it was before. I have a friend coming over later to help but think I am going to keep away from firefox like the plague2016 Jan Wins: 9ct white Gold Diamond Necklace £530.00, Doro Easy phone. You could try Pale Moon, which is a Firefox derivative, and works well on Windows, with an appearance and operation similar to FF. I have used it for several years, now with Windows 7, and it is effective, with a lot less updates than Firefox. One of the comments in the Telegraph item also suggested Pale Moon, as being optimised for Windows.0
