Collectica notice of enforcement

Had this come through yesterday no idea what for. 640 said partly for magistrates costs. No prior letters, bills court letters etc. I paid as currently got a mortgage app going through. Collectica where horrid on the phone didnt help. Will I get a ccj? It says for a tce 2007 warrant act to keep a vehicle which does not meet insurance. My car is insured and tax. Dates on the letter says april. So worried and confused.

Did you have a vehicle at that time that was uninsured?
It could be that they have been searching for someone with the right name and found you!
Someone will come on here with more knowledge, but I would suggest you write to them (recorded delivery so you have proof they received it) and ask them what it is about, stating you know nothing about it.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
