How long before can go on turf
I have just laid new turf how long before my children can play on it?
I've been told by a couple of people 2 weeks will be fine, is this true?
Also i read somewhere that you should always mow the grass for the first time before using it as it does something to settle the earth or something, correct?
Thanks

Is the mowing part true?0

I would try and keep the kids off until the lawn has attached itself to the ground, try lifting a corner VERY gently .
As for mowing, I again waited ref previous words.
AND keep the watering going , its nearly impossible to over water.
Have the sprinkler going , even if you have light showers.0
