My doorbell just started ringing!! No way was I opening the door at this time of night so I put the light on at the back door and there is no-one there. It kept ringing whilst I was stood there and there is zero chance anyone was stood outside pressing the bell. The bell is wired into the house so it's not like someone has taken a remote control bellpush off the door and is sitting round the corner with it to freak me out

It must be a short/fault so I've just taken the batteries out...but that was fun. Heart pounding over a freaking door bell :rotfl:

I worked with a guy that had this problem, except he had a cat and when he opened the door the cat was sat on the doormat looking at him. No-one could convince him the cat hadn't rang the doorbell :rotfl:

I noted, on Avs T, msm was saying Aldi was slightly cheaper than T. However, I believe that (barring something I may have missed) all the items, with the 10%, are cheaper Avs T even if they are cheaper in Aldi than T. (And some of the alternatives for Aldi, on msm, are more expensive.) For example, I've altered the Almat washing powder by per wash compared to the Daz and found the Almat, if it were 40 washes, would be approximately £3.83. Avs T at £4.00 (on the Daz) = £3.60, therefore cheaper. The Elite is getting the best deal:T:T - for example by going Avs T on the 2 pack jam doughnuts (vs T 57p). Msm gives some doughnuts in Aldi at 89p (Bluebird Bakery 2 pack), although I don't rule out the possibility that that website may be missing something:rotfl:.
