    Evening all! APG alert!! Sorry this is long-winded. Just checked Wednesdays home delivery order that I placed for things actually cheaper in A. It included tiger senior cat food (12-sachet pack senior) which I ordered x 10 , but only got 6 and had 4 subbed with whiskas. I also ordered 50p twix sweet Sunday packs which were subbed with Mars. Now I was charged for what I ordered, but when I checked prices on the price guarrantee site, they are comparing both the items I ordered and the sub's. So instead of 10 packs of cat food I have 10 plus the 4 whiskas I accepted as subs. And instead of the 6 twix I ordered, I have 6 twix (which I didn't receive) plus 6 mars (the sub's) on the APG. Now this doesn't matter to me this time as I wasn't trying to get an APG, but it would have made a huge difference if I had done a targeted shop! So I don't know what has happened here, as the terms and conditions have not changed. Just a heads-up for anyone trying to get a return on home delivery who expects substitutes. Hope this helps. ER
