    Hi Everyone,

Not a good day for me today.

I got trouted for the first time ever today trying to use a large APG (under £10 but smallish spend). I normally shop on my own but this time my DW was with me and she was not impressed with the wait at the checkout or when she found out that I womble receipts thanks to the gobby SA who did not accept my APG.

It's a year to the day since one of my 3 premature sons was born. Went to the cemetery in the pouring rain to put a 1 today balloon on his grave.

Went home and tried those free fish inspirations, not that impressed really but at least they didn't cost me anything.

Ohhhhh sorry to hear that no wonder you call yourself Sad_Dad. Have you got children ?

    Awwwww sending hus your way:A
    Why did she refuse apg?

She said it couldn't be right because it was an £8 APG but I'd only spent £4. I did point out that I had spent £11 as I'd paid some of it with a £3 APG but she wasn't having it as it's not possible. I said it is possible as that's what the computer calculated. She got the supervisor who took the the receipt and APG away to customer services. In the end I got it back and I will use it at a different store.

Yes that's right. I chose my user name not long after we had buried my first son.
