    Hi All,

Could someone please explain what doubling up means here, I'm failing to understand how there's an advantage buying the twix mix from Mr T opposed to just going into A unless msm has a lower price than in-store to match to, or is this because of OOS at A's.

Yes, stocks are low at As, if not non-existent in some stores, so buy in Ts to get at As prices. Welcome BTW

If you watch it on iPlayer again...you can hear her mumble something (or probably some BBC editing) that Iain's ice cream 'is not staying in there' when she's at the freezer. She put his ice cream out, knew it was his and left it on her work bench!!

    :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I wondered what had happened, I had it on in the background but was concentrating on a job application at the MOD...wondering whether a mention of my love and respect for Her Maj in the additional statement would help  ... twitter's gone mad I will have to watch it again properly :)

BTW I bet PD wouldn't have got all flouncy if she had had Iain's place :D

Don't put this on an Avs M comp:

    Black Tower B Rose (750ml)

    £3.00 atStore_2.15px.png

    40p/100ml

    A £3.00
    M N/A

£3.99 in M, if they were in Wrexham today maybe and if they picked it up. It's likely whichever stores they were at will stock this.

I wouldn't even put it in my basket. German wine *shudder* :D:p :rotfl:

I think I can honestly say that Black Tower will never feature on ANY of my comparisons...unless it is involved in some sort of mega glitch :rotfl:

Now, what'dya do when two items are both within weight/volume range?

    [Strike]Carling Zest Citrus (12x300ml) [/Strike][Strike]

    [Strike]£9.00[/Strike] £6.00 atStore_2.15px.png

    16.7p/100ml

    Add to basket

    Price Comparison

    A [Strike]£9.00[/Strike] £6.00
    T £7.00
    M £8.00
    S £8.00
    W N/A
    Aldi N/A [/Strike]

EDIT: Answer is that, as this is a branded item, only compare on the identical volume item, thanks aau1!

There is Carling Citrus Zest (12x330ml) on "Special purchase" at £5 in M. [Strike]That is on the upper limit of the 10% volume range from the product showing on msm for A. Unless anyone knows any different, I wouldn't put it past anything to return £8 on these though:(.[/Strike] It [Strike]seems[/Strike] is buy in M at £5 (the x330ml ones anyway, whether or not the 300mls are available) - seems a fairly good price on this. [Strike]If anyone does find these on a womble, or really can't get to M and thinks paying £6 in Mr A is 'alright' for, if msm is correct, 30ml less per can and maybe uses them as a 'filler' vs Waities, perhaps you can let us know if you see them comparing to M, in a few days, at £4.54 or £4.55 (volume adjusted).[/Strike]

Savvy, the 10% weight/volume doesn't mean a jot on branded items

    :happyhear

( Sorry, I thought it said "happyhear", rather than "happyheart", but I'll leave it here anyway:rotfl::rotfl:. Happyheart...)

I doubt it will be in a glitch, shows N/A everywhere else (in fact, shows everywhere N/A but I'm telling you to read that "N/A" for M as a £3.99;)). Although:- we did have N/As on msm and yet items comparing vs 1p on the APG, anyone remember those?!?
