    Morning all

Waiting for phone call from the hospital to see if they are letting OH escape today :D

I mentioned yesterday evening about getting 5 tins of heinz spag in A's. SEL said 5 for £2. But I was charged £2.50. Didnt notice till I got home :(
Is it too late to go back and tell them and hopefully get a £2 gc?

    Tia :)

Interesting article about a couple who had their pre-paid visa card credited rather than debited by a shopkeeper - so got the shopping and the money for the shopping credited back to their card. Convicted of fraud - the error was with the card/shop processing but she was convicted as they continued to take advantage of the error:

    Morning all.

Hello MKS  Sorry it's a bit late, but hope your son had a lovely birthday.

Neosi's cat at our A was called L'il Kim...

Fingers crossed that if we have a DeeDee glitch today it's not a heavy one as I have no car. A is within walking distance but my arms would be stretched to my ankles if I had to carry something like bottles of pop home :D

I am not necessarily trying to link the two, but hypothetically isn't taking advantage of a glitch where we know that A, T or whoever did not intend to sell us the item at that price (or refund us that much through APG or PP due to triggers breaking multis, RTC I store for C and C and failed multibuys/BNIs etc), or a targeted DTD, even if only once, also therefore questionable? It only takes once to take advantage so is that greed (if you haven't got much time for multi shops... :A - only joking!).

I am not judging as I am on here and have joined in glitches like the vast majority of the Elite, and have developed a reasonable stash of some items due to these glitches, but following some of the logic in the court case should we not all be refusing to take part in any glitches and reporting them to A, T or whoever? Even MSE and Martin have drawn attention to glitches.

    Just a thought.

Pleading guilty is radically different to being found guilty and morals don't enter in to the equation, or certainly shouldn't be, when deciding if an offence has been committed. I'm not convinced they'd have been found guilty.
