posts on other threads are quite often unthanked.
posts where I delete quickly to avoid aau correcting my maths :o

I've had the odd posts on Elite threads that haven't been thanked. (In fact I post almost nowhere else, just haven't got time to post anywhere else lol:rotfl::rotfl:! To be fair, this is the only thread we need.) It's a thankless task doing those M lists:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

No, mostly I suspect I get posts with fewer thanks because I post more often at obscure hours, such as overnight when most people aren't here to thank them. People do thank them retrospectively but, still, they seem statistically less likely to get thanked as much! Not that I've done any statistical analysis lol:rotfl:. Posts during the daytime - you'll see several in a row that get 20+ thanks, but night-time about 6 or 3.

I'm not moaning about my 'thanks' btw - please don't take it that way:rotfl::rotfl:.

You are right tweets. You were recruited and got the job fair and square.

And if I may say, you are doing a darn fine job.

Think the 2 pint works ok a vs m doesnt it?

I think I've seen it does, at the moment, but 89p vs isn't that good a price. There's no mbuy at issue on the 2 pint ones anyway, just straight price. They could of course, being incompletist humans (neuro-typical people I suspect), omit to scan the 2 pint, or one of them, today or next time. They get distracted, they don't scan everything but miss the odd one out here and there.

(First paragraph, under "Obvious Assets to Employers".) "...My people are still wide awake at the 10th attempt."

Not that I get everything right - I'm not claiming that I do and I never have. (If I have ever said that, it was half-joking.) Like today, when I 'forgot' to look at the Crabbie's Green Ginger Wine. But, my contention is, I would have looked at that and scanned it if I were doing a price collection properly, in a formal setting. It was instead because of the limitations of my approach - one of remembering things, and not being able to 'scan' things in M because I have to work a little surreptitiously. Had I been there with scanners at hand or even, in the old days, with paper, I would have more likely looked at it! But I also spent more time in there back then:o:o:p, so it's best I can do! I simply didn't think about Crabbie's Green Ginger being already on my list and to check it (I do not have a copy of my list or any paper with me these days) as I was thinking more about getting details of somewhat more 'cheaper wines'.

    So there zippy:p.

    :rotfl:

(And, anyway, Savers Mushy Peas were on my mind at that time and they're 16p. :eek:They (or the S/P equivalent anyway) were 8p or 4p some time ago, so explaining their continued absence from the M list - but, just so you know, they may be as good as Avs T is at the moment (16p also in T according to msm) on Avs M, even though msm.co.uk says N/A for Morries:rotfl:. So, yet again, SB beats msm:D:p:rotfl::rotfl::cool:.

    You old romantic you :o

I am sure I am missing an innuendo there. :o

BTW my old Tom Tom died yesterday had a red cross bigger than aau's when I turned it on. :(

Thankfully had that new glitchy £50 Go Live one that I had not bothered setting up yet. So journey start was delayed quite a while as had to do that. Should have done it as soon as I got it really. :o

But what a brilliant buy, took me around the hold ups close to home, was driving parallel to traffic jam at one point. :T

Took me off M27 for a magical mystery tour of Hampshire so I totally missed M3 supposedly cut 15 minute off journey doing that but all together a 3 3/4 hour journey took 5 ish. :(

And it had taken me half hour to get the doors to open first thing to load up the car with DD2's uni stuff, I seem to have a problem with my central locking the key was only opening the driver door.

So what with taking the wrong bank card that was my run of 3 unlucky things yesterday, do I count Mr TS's bad back too, I hadn't been planning to do the trip on my own. Hoped one of us would drive there the other would drive back.

Still DD2's uni house this year is fantastic, I hope they keep it as clean as it is now. The landlord is actually going round to speak to them tomorrow evening. :rotfl:

DD2's bedroom is lovely and light and huge for a uni house. :T
